GCF-COL水平与GCF、治疗后的AL呈正相关（表3），说明GCF中PMN-COL的活性水平与牙周组织的炎症程度及破坏程度密切相关［3，4］。

　　总之，盐酸米诺四环素软膏作为牙周炎的辅助治疗，能较长时间地降低GCF-COL活性水平，从而有效地阻止中、重度牙周组织的破坏，达到促进组织愈合的作用。
