唇腭裂患者的牙体病治疗没有特异性，但牙周病的治疗，由于缺裂所伴发的诸多异常，治疗手段除一般方法之外，还应包括全厚龈粘膜瓣转移术，植骨术和牙列正畸等［10,13～14］。
