由于细胞因子的功能多样性，各种细胞因子之间可相互刺激，作用交叉，要明确其在某一条 件下的真实作用需要做深入的研究。笔者认为成骨细胞在体外受金葡菌感染后在细胞因子产 生上的变化，在总体上有利于机体对骨组织金葡菌感染的清除，成骨细胞可能是减轻金葡菌 骨髓炎的重要细胞成份。
