由于大鼠松质骨改建与人类近似，因此，本文结果对临床有一定的指导意义。提示临床对于 绝经后妇女等有全身系统性骨丢失倾向的患者，当其咀嚼功能丧失较多时，应尽早恢复其咀 嚼功能，这对于保持其颌骨骨量、骨小梁结构，减少颌骨骨丢失有重要的作用。
