3. 牙槽嵴支持力的主要部位 三种形态牙槽嵴软衬前后应力集中部位基本相同,都以牙槽嵴整个舌斜面和后牙区颊斜面为主应力区,前牙区唇斜面为非主应力区,牙槽嵴顶不是应力最大区,本实验结果与传统义齿主承托区概念不一致,Swoope认为咀嚼时基托变形,力可能不是由主承托区承担,一些不能承受力的地方承受了较大的力。Kawano F在二维粘弹性有限元研究中发现,咀嚼时基托向舌侧旋转,下颌舌骨嵴区应力最大,该结果与本实验中刃状牙槽嵴模型相似,下颌舌骨嵴区不仅覆盖的粘膜薄,由于其特定的解剖位置和外形导致应力集中,临床上制作义齿应该注意下颌舌骨嵴区的缓冲处理[8、9]。
